Adapt- Addictions Supportive Housing (ASH) Program
The program provides support and services to clients in recovery who are homeless, at risk of homelessness or inadequately housed. Each participant receives a full package of clinical/support services, as well as a housing subsidy.
Bridging the Gap (Youth)
Bridging the Gap strives to provide readily and easily accessible support for youth between the ages of 16-24 residing in the Halton Region who are homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless.
Halton Homes Program
The Halton Homes Program provides affordable housing and supports for adults who have been diagnosed with a serious mental illness who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.
Salvation Army Lighthouse Shelter
Halton Region’s Emergency Shelter program provides temporary housing and services to meet the needs of people experiencing homelessness. If you are in need of emergency shelter (housing) please dial 311.
